Do I need to pay the total amount due if I believe my Pay-As-You-Go® estimated charges are too high?

*The Pay-As-You-Go® program is being retired, and we’re not enrolling new customers on this plan. New customers looking for an alternative to the regulated provider may be eligible for our new BridgePlan™ program.


Yes. Each month you must pay the Total Amount Due as shown on your bill. Failure to pay this in full on time may result in disconnection of your service.
