What happens if my actual charges differ from my estimated charges on Pay-As-You-Go®?

*The Pay-As-You-Go® program is being retired, and we’re not enrolling new customers on this plan. New customers looking for an alternative to the regulated provider may be eligible for our new BridgePlan™ program.

 

Each month Gas South will calculate the difference between your actual charges and your estimated charges from your prior bill. Your new charges will include this difference, shown as a Monthly Adjustment on your bill, to ensure you only pay for the gas you use.
